*LYME DISEASE
The ticks got Mike.
*Michael has been sick with a cough for a week.
*I threw my back out on Tuesday. This can only mean one thing: I'm old. (Yes, that is 35 calling on the phone and, like an alumni association, tracking me down.)
*Tucker has croup which means he takes short, shallow breaths, and he sounds
like "a seal barking" when he does so.
We have been fortunate to have help from grandparents.
GrandDad Will came in a hurry when I gave the distress call from bed with a bad back. This meant he had to change diapers, clothe children, make beds, feed children, and listen constantly to chatty, chatty children.
Grandma Sharon came out to assist in a big way so that the back could heal some more, and she was kind enough to deliver Michael to Grandma Annie's for an overnight visit--more help that we appreciate greatly, but it quite distressed Tucker:
It took Goldfish, juice, and "Cars" to make him smile again.
This is Tucker's new photo-face:

We heard about the fridge, etc., but you neglected to mention the massive playground structure in the backyard! Elias wouldn't mind risking the croup to play on that!
Let's hope a little R and R at Cacapon makes everything better.
I think eveyone needs some fun money!! Guess who?
